We’re 1/4 of the way through 2025. Did the April Fool’s day jokes fall as flat for you as they did for me this year? I couldn’t muster the energy to laugh at the FREE USED UNDERWEAR WITH ORDERS OVER $99 or even the nightmare-ish Wirefull bra.
For me, March ended with a visit from my mom and some extended family which was a nice excuse to do some tourist-y things in my own city. I went to the Biopark, took a tour of Old Town, hiked around the petroglyphs, and soaked in some hot springs. Everywhere we went, I wore my Kiziks. They’re comfy and SO QUICK to put on. Highly recommend!!
I also made a seven layer dip with
which I’m dying to make again soon—it was surprisingly delicious and fresh-tasting thanks to the cherry tomatoes and lime.In personal moisturizing news, I’ve been using this stuff called Remedy for Healthy Aging, which the brand sent to me. My skincare philosophy remains that I am skeptical of hype and yet I do enjoy the experience of slathering myself with cream. I like this one because it has no steps! It’s just one product, but it has all the things I feel like I should be using on my face. Is it only a drop of them? Should you not be combining all these things into one product? Do not ask me! I put it on before bed and then I wake up with the same skin I went to bed with. Maybe it’s more like watering a garden and if I put this stuff on my face every night, next month my face will bloom like a rose. If that’s not how it works, I don’t want to know!!

I think your face cream is a winner. I follow Dr. Idriss online. Her motto is “consistency over intensity.” If the cream is one you enjoy and will use every night, it’s a keeper.
