Welcome to election week—the week I have been dreading for SO long. I have so many different flavors and shapes of anxiety right now, I don’t even want to list them out. What’s worse is, I don’t think any of the possible election outcomes are going to completely wash away my worries. There is a lot to be scared of and sad about right now and there are no quick fixes.
I think taking action in alignment with your values is really important, whether it’s calling your senators, voting, feeding your neighbors, planting a tree, or something else. But after you do that, sometimes you need a little relief. So let’s talk about what’s keeping us grounded right now.
