Desperately Seeking Shirts
Closet Concierge: your wish is our command!
It’s time for one of my favorite things to do as a community: Closet Concierge!
If you’re new to the concierge concept, it’s quite simple. You leave a comment describing something you’re looking for. It can be a vibe, like “queer cottagecore,” or a super specific garment, like “a silk 1970’s style collared, button down shirt in orange paisley.” Your request could be for something new, vintage, or either. It could be for underwear or hats or a new bag. And then we, the Big Undies community, will try to help you find something that fits the description!
NB: It’s super helpful to include your size or size range if you’re making a request so people can be sure to recommend stuff that will actually work for you.
I’ll start! I’m ALWAYS looking for interesting shirts. By this I generally mean a button down, but it doesn’t have to be a button down shirt. It does have to have something that makes it special: an exaggerated collar, a fun pattern, sheer fabric, embroidery—something interesting. And I want it to have short sleeves or no sleeves and go up to at least a 4x.
